What's the Halloween Weather Forecast for Yorkville?

Looks like a raincoat or poncho is going to be a Halloween accessory this year. Well, at least for a little while.

Looking at the forecast, Yorkville is expected to get some rain for the first part of the trick-or-treating hours, but things look to hopefully clear up for the remainder of the evening.

4 p.m. Time to pull out the umbrella. There's a 95 percent chance of rain and thunderstorms. Good news is it's pretty warm for October at 60 degrees.

5 p.m. Chance of precipitation is dropping to 65 percent with some thunderstorms still in there. Wind has increased to 12 mph and the temperature has dropped one degree to 59 degrees.

6 p.m. Forecast says it's cloudy and only a 25 percent chance for rain! Time to ditch the umbrellas. It is a bit windier though with gusts expected at 19 mph. Temperature stays steady at 57.

7 p.m. You should be heading home right now and you've got good weather for the walk. Cloudy, only 10 percent chance for rain and a balmy October 55 degrees.
