Yorkville High School Student to Perform at Carnegie Hall

The concert is a part of the Honors Performance Series, which showcases high school performers on an international level.

A Yorkville High School Student has been selected for the 2014 High School Honors Performance Series at Carnegie Hall.

Senior Kayla Schoeny plays cello and is a member of the YHS Symphony Orchestra, Chamber Strings, and Madrigal Strings.

Schoeny will perform at Carnegie Hall on Feb. 9 with a select group of musicians from around the U.S., Canada and other international schools as a part of the Honors Performance Series.
