Tapas Yoga Practice Party - Oil Your Joints
This is a great time to start Yoga. The days are getting shorter, the temperature colder. We need our immune systems to be top fit, and it’s time to go a bit within, do some housekeeping, see where our mind is at and keep our joints well lubricated going into winter.
Yoga only truly shows the benefits with a consistent practice. First it may be difficult to make the time, but eventually, as it becomes routine, it gets easy. Our bodies are designed to move, they want to move, so movement is what we need to provide. We often think: I’ll take care of my body later, maybe tomorrow, maybe in a few years. But we don’t wait for another 1,000 miles to give our car an oil change. So it is with the body.
