RSVP Food Drive for KC Food Pantry

What are you doing
for others?  Participate in RSVP of
Kendall County’s Martin Luther King Jr. Day of Service project.  Donate food items for the Kendall County Food
Pantry.



The Martin Luther King Jr. Day of Service is a way to
transform Dr. King’s life and teaching that helps empower and strengthen local
communities.  The Retired and Senior
Volunteer Program (RSVP) of Kendall County invites you to participate by
donating non-perishable food items to the Kendall County Food Pantry from now
through January 24th.  Donations are to
be dropped off at Senior Services Associates, in the Beecher Center at 908 Game
Farm Road, Yorkville, between the hours of 9 and 3, Monday through Friday, with
the exception of Monday January 20th, when the office is closed.



Kendall County Food Pantry’s Top 10 Needs are: canned meat,
canned fruit, hearty canned soups, mayonnaise, canned meals, oatmeal, sugar,
oil, ketchup, cereal.  Sorry, we are
unable to accept monetary donations.

RSVP of Kendall County is a volunteer network for
individuals age 55+.  If you are age 55+
and looking to volunteer occasionally or on a regular basis in Kendall County,
