Panther Soccer Club (Supplemental) Tryouts - 2014-2015 Season - High School Girls (U15-U18)

INFORMATION:
All participants should dress appropriately for weather conditions and must wear soccer socks, shin guards and soccer cleats. Each player wishing to try out should bring a ball and a bottle of water labeled with his/her name and arrive 15 minutes before his/her scheduled tryout time. An Emergency Medical Release must be completed before participating in the tryouts. Download the appropriate forms below, complete the forms, and bring the completed forms with you to tryouts.
Tryouts will be held regardless of weather conditions unless lightning is present. In the event of inclement weather, please check in at the registration tent to obtain information regarding rescheduling.
