Gluten-Free Class Scheduled for Sept. 10
Gluten-Free Fads and Facts
Learn how to manage a gluten-free diet during a special class offered byHome and Community Education Associations and the University of Illinois
Extension in DuPage, Kane and Kendall counties. The free class will be
conducted from 1:30 to 3 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 10 in each county.
The lesson is provided free
of charge, but advance registration is required by Friday, Sept. 6. To
register, email your name and location choice to rralston@illinois.edu, or
call the appropriate office – DuPage County at 630-955-1123, Kane County at
630-584-6166, or Kendall County at 630-553-5823.
