AUDITIONS - Post Mortem Dinner Theatre by Indian Valley Theatre

CALL FOR AUDITIONS!


Indian Valley Theatre's annual dinner theatre production is scheduled for February 22, 23 and 24th at the Fox Valley Older Adults Center in Sandwich, IL.


This year the production is "Post Mortem", a Sherlock Holmes whodunnit kind of mystery with numerous suspects and loads of suspense that will keep you in stitches!

If you would like to audition for this production join us on December 2nd from 1-4pm and on December 3rd from 7-9pm at the Sandwich Opera House Community room. Auditions will be a cold reading from the script. No appointment is necessary.

Roles to be cast:


William Gillette – writer and actor playing Sherlock Holmes. Playing age range late 40’s – early 50’s

Bobby Carlyle – Actor and “man-about-town” – In his early 30’s, charming


May Dison – an ingénue – Pretty, strong minded girl in her mid 20’s.


Marian Barrett – Actress and Gillette’s sister, 45-ish, has a brassy, likeable way about her. Comic role


Leo Barrett – Marion’s husband, plays Professor Moriarty – several years older than Marian, but a perfect match for her. Comic role


Louise Parradine – An exotic, diverse former actress – mid to late 30’s


Lilly Warner - Gillette’s aunt - late 60’s or early 70’s – speaks and moves with the grand air of a bygone era
