Last Chance: Hatcher to Host Senior Identity Theft Program Tuesday

Our new 'Last Chance' feature lets you know about important upcoming deadlines.

Area senior citizens can register for two identity theft seminars State Rep. Kay Hatcher is hosting Tuesday.

A session will start at 9:30 a.m. at the , 908 Game Farm Road, Yorkville. Another session will start at 1 p.m. at Lions Park, 500 S. Filmore St., Elburn.

According to a news release: "The Seminars will include informative presentations from representatives of the Illinois Attorney General’s office and the Illinois Comptroller’s office on how to safeguard your credit card, social security and other personal and financial information to prevent it from falling into the hands of criminals. Handouts and refreshments will also be provided."
