YPAC looking for business donations for Open House

Hello!

My name is Emily Weber and my husband Brian and I are so excited to finally launch the Yorkville Performing Arts Center with our Open House on this Saturday August 24between the hours of 10:00am-4:00pm. Our brand new state of the art center offers dance, music, theatre and fitness lessons for all ages and abilities. It is our hope that our organization will be positive and impactful for the community of Kendall County.

We are expecting a huge turn out for this event and would love to help you gain exposure for your business from it as well. We would be incredibly honored and appreciative if you would be willing to donate a gift or service to our Open House Raffle.  Each family entering through the YPAC doors will receive 5 free raffle tickets to place in the bag of the raffle that they choose. Extra raffle tickets may be purchased for $1 per ticket and all of the proceeds will be donated to the Kendall County Food Pantry.  The more raffles we have to offer the more impact we can make.

If you would be willing to donate, please email me back at Emily@yorkvilleperformingarts.com.  I am willing to pick up donations if needed or they can be dropped off at the center this week between the hours of 9am-5pm.  Thank you for taking the time to read this and we hope to form a great business relationship with you. If your company/organizations is ever in need of a donation or raffle item in the future please be sure to contact me as we would be happy to participate!

Thank you so much,
