When and how did your business get started?

Our business was a two-year vision and one-year marketing plan before we opened this past September. My husband and I bought the property with the plan to build the arts center here.

What is your business best known for?

We are best known for our positive, family focused dance, music, theatre and fitness programs.

Why did you choose the town you did to open your business?

For three years we had really felt called to the area and finally made the move in July of 2013. Our church, Community Christian Church, had a location here, we loved the feel of the town and found the perfect location for the center. The Yorkville Performing Arts Center is built on generosity and we want it to be a positive, impactful resource for our community and the community our children will grow in.

What's something interesting about your business your customers might not know?

We offer classes for ages 0, yes babies! After having my first child I realized there was a need for new moms to get out and interact and socialize with other new moms forming a community together! Our baby and toddler program is a perfect way to help new moms and dads bond with their new little one!

Does your business offer a special deals card or program?

We run different promotions throughout the year. Mention that you found us from this page and you will receive a free T-shirt when you register!
