Yorkville Ice Cream Shop Changes Name
Yorkville Chamber of Commerce has two events planned this week.
White Water Ice Cream, 131 E. Hydraulic in Yorkville has changed its name to Foxy's Gourmet Ice Cream. The business announced the change on its Facebook page on April 17 with an explanation of why.
The announcement featured a photo of the shop's menu, which included Harry Potter's Butter Beer. Has anyone who has had it also has had the one at Universal Studios? Does it taste the same?

- The Yorkville Chamber of Commerce will host a ribbon cutting for Kennedy Pointe Restaurant & Pub, 2245 Kennedy Road in Bristol. The ribbon cutting is at 4:30 p.m., April 23, with an open house to follow from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
- The Trailer Guy and Jeanne De La Fuente-Remax Professionals Select will host the business over coffee event set for 8 a.m. to 9:45 a.m. at Panera, 1206 N. Bridge Street. The event is free and includes free coffee and bagels.
