What does your business offer? We offer extra virgin olive oils from around the world, balsamic vinegars from Italy and we carry olive oil soaps, specialty food and all kinds of things.

When was your business established? 2009

How did you choose the name of your business? I wanted something with the word "olive" in there and "gallery" I thought reminds me of an art gallery and you see all different kinds of pictures and artwork. And this is a collection of oils.

Why did you decide to locate in Yorkville? Because I live here.

Is there anything you'd like to tell Patch readers? You can't get these flavors from a regular store -- once you come here you won't want to go anywhere else.
