River's Edge Theatre to Hold First Children's Theater Camp

The theatre has teamed up with other organizations to offer a musical to students.

Adding a children's theater workshop to summer offerings at River's Edge Theatre in Yorkville was a natural choice.

"The thing that really made it make sense is that people kept asking," Jon Conover, theater manager said.

To make the workshop a success, River's Edge Theatre partnered with Yorkville Performing Arts Center and with Sue Johnson who has been teaching theater to children for nearly two decades.
