Updated: River Night Raffle Pot Claimed

Yorkville Area Chamber of Commerce thanks supporters, seeks 50/50 raffle winner.

As of 6 p.m. Wednesday, the winning raffle ticket from had not been claimed, Executive Director Sherri Farley said.

The winning 50/50 raffle ticket number is: 781148.

The Yorkville Chamber of Commerce would like to thank everyone who came out to the fifth annual River Night on June 24. Much appreciation goes to all of our sponsors, partners, and volunteers who worked hard to make this event happen!  

This year’s River Night drew a record crowd of approximately 1,800 friends and neighbors who enjoyed live music, great food, and family activities along Yorkville’s scenic riverfront.

The band, EPIC, rocked the evening with music from the 80’s, and was made possible by our partnership with the United City of Yorkville’s Parks & Recreation Department. (Throughout the summer, Parks & Rec hosts on Friday evenings. Visit the City’s website to learn more.)   

An expanded family area, sponsored by , drew children to a free bounce house and activities provided by Hoppers Inflatable Family Fun Center. A big hit was the complimentary face painting, provided by Fun in a Basket. Treats offered in the family area included pizza from Dr. Dough’s, gelato from , and popcorn from Creative Kernels.  

served up delicious ribs and sandwiches at the food tent, sponsored by . Business people from the Chamber were on hand, volunteering their time at the beverage tent sponsored by .
