Yorkville Area Chamber of Commerce will host a silent auction for the painted, rain barrels that have been on parade. The auction will take place during Hometown Days on Aug. 31. The rain barrels are fully-functional and will be raffled during the Jr. Women's Craft Show.

- Home Plate Hotdogs is open daily from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. daily except this Thursday, Aug. 22nd.
