Senior Health and Wellness Expo

The REC Center will host a Senior Center Health and Wellness expo that will provide seminars and information on nursing services, physical, occupation and speech therapy, social work services, and recreational activities.

Also, free classes such as aqua aerobics and senior fit will be offered along with use of the walking track.  

More than 30 agencies and local businesses will attend with prize and giveaways.  

The United City of Yorkville, the Yorkville Parks and Recreation Department and Senior Services Associates, Inc.
