A release date of next summer may be months away, but producers of the Superman Man of Steel film shot around Kendall County in the summer of 2011 have released another trailer hyping the film.
In this 2:33 minute clip you may see a couple local spots used for the filming and nearly all of the star-studded cast who were also seen in the area, including Kevin Costner, Russell Crowe, Henry Cavill and Amy Adams.

According to film site IMDb.com, the estimated budget for the movie is $225 million. It is set to be released June 14.
The film's first trailer was released in July.

I noticed 0:53, 1:51, and 2:06. Looks like the house and filming location that was on Rt 126, just southest of Yorkville. I drove past it all the time when they were filming. They tore it down when they were finished.
They deleted the movie clips shot in my bedroom with Superman and I. They'd have to change the rating of the movie. Meeeeeeeeowwwwwww!!! Haaha !
