Sweet Sammie Needs a Foster Home!

Sammie (she used to be called Autumn, but she is more of a Sammie!) was found in a shelter in Kentucky.  That seems to be the home of Treeing Walker Coonhounds...in fact one shelter told us that they don't even list them for adoption and they are euthanized as soon as their stray hold is up! WHY? Because there are so many of these wonderful dogs abandoned in KY that they cannot find local homes…SO SAD…because these hounds are SWEET and make WONDERFUL family pets. Sammie was scheduled to be euthanized in December due to too many dogs at the pound.  Casey’s Dog Rescue pulled her to safety (she was just too sweet to pass up!).  She is about 3 years old. She is housebroken, great with all dogs, does well with cats, LOVES people and just wants a family to call her own. She is up to date on her shots, spayed, micro chipped, and did I mention housebroken. Her adoption fee of $295 includes 30 days of shelter insurance.

Sammie is also eligible for our foster to adopt program!!  Please contact Kathy at caseysdogs@yahoo.com for details!!!

Your entire family must be present if you would like to be considered for adoption. Please email Kathy for an application at caseysdogs@yahoo.com/com .
