The United City of Yorkville is conducting its second annual City Services Survey.
The survey asks for feedback on various services and around the city.
Last year’s survey had over 500 applicants respond on a variety of topics including quality of police services, communication with elected officials, maintenance of streets, quality of storm water management and wastewater services, quality of parks and quality of special events.
Officials said the survey allowed for city staff to “better align their goals and address various needs of the public” and hope this year’s survey will allow for greater improvement of services.
All Yorkville residents and business owners received a unique password and instructions on how to complete the survey on their recent utility bill.
If you did not receive a utility bill or have more than one individual in the household or business that wants to take the survey, you may contact City Hall at 630-553-4350.
