A five-bedroom, three-and-a-half bathroom single-family house at 2953 Old Glory Dr., Yorkville, recently sold for $270,000.
The 4,000 square-foot house was built in 2006. It has trey and vaulted ceilings, crown molding, contoured corners and three-inch trim. Additionally, the home has hardwood floors on the first floor, and the gourmet kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite counters and 42-inch birch cabinets.

Are you sure about that $349k on Chad in Montgomery? In 2006 it sold for $273. I don't see why it would be worth more than that now...

Not only that, the price was $175K when it was first listed for sale on December 20th 2012.

I highly doubt that it was purchased for double the original asking price only 2 weeks after it was first listed.
This is why it is important for people who write articles to include a link to their sources.

I am an appraiser and it has not sold on the open market for that (Chad). It's temporarily off market at about $175. Perhaps that was the foreclosure amount for the Sheriff's Deed.
