What does a bar have to with any of this? Not once in these reports did it say anything about a bar.

Yoyr point is brillant. Before people go to the bar they are sober and know they will be drinking. I'd assume they would have someone else drive them or go with someone who does not drink. We all know that does not happen. DUI is an intentional violent act against our community. Thank you to our police for taking DUI seriously.

Blaming bars for DUIs is like blaming McDonalds for obesity. Ultimately it's the person's responsibility to use discretion and moderation.

It bothers me that bars are brought into this. All people listed in this post are legal adults and are responsible for their own actions. There its no one to blame but themselves for breaking the law.

Bars have absolutely NOTHING to do with a dui it is all on the person that decides to get behind the wheel.

I think Jen was making the point that you dont have to drive home from a bar and you can leave your car there. Nobody was blaming the bar Terry.

I watched at least 5 people jump in their car, after drinking at the bar round after round! When you have to smoke outside you notice these things!
