Bree is a four-year-old Beagle/Boston Terrier mix who was brought into the Kendall County Animal Control shelter in Yorkville last week.

She's playful and rambunctious, with a lot of energy, according to Christine Johnson, animal control director. Bree would be a good dog for someone with a large, fenced-in yard, Johnson said. Bree is spayed, microchipped and housebroken. She's also friendly and affectionate, and likes kids and other animals.

If you're interested in adopting Bree, call the shelter at 630-553-9256. Last week's featured dog, Max, is also still available at the shelter.
