The Sense of Samadhi yoga studio will be hosting an interactive workshop called “Day of Energetics” on Saturday, October 27, 10am-3pm. The day will be comprised of two sessions that will take place at the Sense of Samadhi studio which is located at 102 E Schoolhouse Road in Yorkville, IL.

10am–12pm will be the first session focusing on root, sacral and core chakras. There will be a break for lunch and then the day will close with the second session from 1pm to 3pm covering heart, throat, third eye and crown chakras. Attendees may choose to participate in both sessions & catered lunch from Cobblestone Bakery & Bistro for $99 or a single session for $50.

The workshop will be led by TeriLeigh who is a Certified Yoga Instructor and Initiated Shamanic Elder. Through her guidance she helps attendees find a deeper awareness and expression of their own spirituality.

The host of the workshop, Sense of Samadhi, is a yoga and fitness studio which offers classes for all skill levels.
