Tri County Players of Newark have a great idea for Dad this weekend. Bring him for a great show, a delicious meal and a great cause with The Odd Couple, by Neil Simon.

The Odd Couple will be performed Father’s Day weekend, June 15, 16 and 17 at the Millington Methodist Church. The show will serve as a major fundraising event for the Millington Methodist Church and Fern Dell Historic Association. Everyone will enjoy a delicious meal and an entertaining performance by local actors.

This classic comedy opens as a group of guys assemble for cards in the apartment of divorced Oscar Madison. If the mess is any indication, it's no wonder that his wife left him. Late to arrive is Felix Unger who has just been separated from his wife. Fastidious, depressed and none too tense, Felix seems close to the edge of insanity, but as the action unfolds Oscar becomes the one with murder on his mind when the clean-freak and the slob ultimately decide to room together.

The cast includes, Doug Michaels, Ryan Morton, Chuck Gebbia, Matt Johnson, Matt Frantzen, Kari Frantzen, Tom Merkel and Deb Merkel. The show is directed by Christine Johnson.
