Local Income Tax Assistance Program Seeks Volunteers
Local representatives for the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program are looking for volunteers. Volunteers go through a training process and then volunteer on Monday nights or Saturday mornings at the Kendall County Food Pantry.

Are you interested in helping out in our community? Become a VITA Volunteer! By being a VITA site volunteer, you will:
- Make a difference in your community and help individuals and families who cannot afford professional tax assistance.
- Regularly work with other like-minded volunteers that want to help people too.
- You will help your clients keep more money in their pockets by offering them tax preparation services at NO COST.
Tax Volunteer - Tax volunteers receive free tax training and certification at a beginner, intermediate and advanced levels. Once trained, you can volunteer Monday nights and/or Saturday mornings at the Kendall Country Food Pantry.
