Law Office Presents Hometown Senior Fair

Sandwich, IL - The Law Office of Dawn M. Weekly, PC announced they will be presenting the 3rd Annual Hometown Senior Fair, which will take place on May 23rd. 1:30-3pm at the Fox Valley Older Adult  Community Center (1406 Suydam Rd, Sandwich, IL)

The Law Office of Dawn M. Weekly, PC is located in Sandwich and focuses on Elder law and Life Care Planning for clients. The event is free and open to the public.

"Many times if a senior is looking for something like physical therapy, insurance or healthcare their only resource is a phonebook," said Dawn Weekly.  "At the senior fair, attendees can talk one-on-one with the owners or employees of businesses and get a better understanding of the service they provide.  It also allows for the senior to ask questions in a casual, relaxed atmosphere."

The Hometown Senior Fair will have plenty of giveaways for attendees including hotdogs, ice cream, beverages and a variety of giveaways from the vendors. Other attractions at the fair will be Wii Bowling, manicurist, free chair massages and blood pressure screenings.

"What I really hope attendees walk away with is an understanding of the senior services and senior-centric businesses in our area," added Weekly. "Being a senior in these economic times can be challenging but there is usually someone who can help, if you know where to look.  That is exactly what we are trying to accomplish.  Get the people who need assistance to the business or agency that can help."

There are a limited number of vendor spaces still open for the Hometown Senior Fair, and there are also sponsorship opportunities available. If you are interested in participating in the fair or have questions, please contact the Law Office of Dawn M. Weekly, PC at 815-570-2334.
