Kendall County Food Pantry's Project Brown Bag Starts June 4
The Kendall County Food Pantry provided the following news release:
Project Brown Bag sponsored by The Kendall County Food Pantry will be providing its Summer Lunch Program again this year.
Beginning June 4th, The Kendall County Food Pantry will provide a week’s worth of lunches to children in Plano, Yorkville, and Oswego who had received free or reduced- fee lunches during the school year. Not only will these children receive lunches, but their siblings as well.
Project Brown Bag will run through the summer until August 6th. Locations and times are as follows:
Plano: Lathrop (Purple) Park (located by the Fire Department)
Time: 10am – 1pm
Oswego: Boulder Hill School Park
Time: 10am-1pm
Yorkville Circle Center Grade School & Grande Reserve Park (Rotary Park)
Time: 10am-1pm
Preregistration is not required. Simply come to the most convenient site and pick up kid-friendly food for that week’s lunches. All are welcome.
