Children ages 2 to 10 can enter the Super Cape Coloring Contest associated with Plano's inaugural Smallville Superfest through July 30.

The entries will be displayed at the Smallville Superfest from Aug. 17 to 19. The festival celebrates Plano's emerging legacy as the set of Smallville for the Superman reboot movie Man of Steel.
