The Yorkville Area Chamber of Commerce provided this news release:
When the Yorkville School District hires new teachers each year, many of them are new not only to the school, but to our community as well. To welcome and introduce them to some of our area’s businesses and services, the Yorkville Chamber invited the 24 newly-hired teachers to breakfast at the 3rd Annual YACC New Teacher Breakfast.
During the breakfast event, each teacher received special recognition, a warm welcome, and a goody bag filled with great gifts and promotional items from 25 businesses that participated as hosts or sponsors.
