The Olive Gallery, located at 2671 N. Bridge Street (Rt. 47), held a ribbon cutting with the Yorkville Area Chamber of Commerce on August 25 to celebrate their newly opened expansion.

Their original storefront remains devoted to oils, vinegars, gelato and bakery. The expansion features a new Fresh Olive and Antipasti Bar, along with Galena Garlic Company's Spice Blends, Seasonings, Sea Salts and Rubs, Gourmet Teas by Tiesta Tea Company, specialty foods and numerous dipping and/or giftsets, plus Tuscan indoor/outdoor kitchenware.
