Bristol-Kendall Fire Protection District provided the following news release:

With Facebook containing over 800 million active users the Bristol Kendall Fire Protection District established its own Facebook page, to keep interested users informed about the activities of the Bristol Kendall Fire Protection District. The site will include department pictures, press releases and public education announcements.

Also contained within the site will be department events and safety announcements with associated recalls. If the planned communications media during a disaster happens to fail the Facebook page could be used as an alternate means of disseminating information.  

It is the hope of the Bristol Kendall Fire Protection District to keep its residents and visitors informed of the many activities that take place within the Bristol Kendall Fire Protection District.
